However, after I saw that Mosley/Mayweather fight, i don't think Pacquiao can beat mayweather. Like him or not, mayweather is beyond the smartest boxer today. He is. He can adjust perfectly to different gears, and IMO he's faster and accurate in the punches, defensively.

Now.. as far as fighting ability, look how Cotto was able to avoid alot of Pac punches. The only time Pac is able to deliver good punches is when his opponent is leaning down blocking his vision, something Floyd never does. Floyds defense is the best in the game and he can deal with those awkward odd angled punches. Cotto was slow and avoid the left hook most of the time. Mayweather = will get knocked out by Pac. I just can't see how Mayweather can be a serious threat to Pac, other than the fact that he may go the distance and win on points. However, on the other hand, in a potiential bout of 12 rounds, when Pac lands a few solid punches on May, Pac has the speed and the power to put Floyd on the canvas and to sleep. Now.. as far as fighting ability, look how Cotto was able to avoid alot of Pac punches. The only time Pac is able to deliver good punches is when his opponent is leaning down blocking his vision, something Floyd never does. Floyds defense is the best in the game and he can deal with those awkward odd angled punches. Cotto was slow and avoid the left hook most of the time. Floyd will hit Pac over and over again and Pac wont be able to touch Floyd. Skill wise Pac will be embarrassed by Floyd.

Pacman won 1 fight against Marquez & lost 1 in my eyes...Don't forget the judge made a mistake on the scorecards.
PBF would beat Cotto on points and decision by jabbing, potshotting & constant running. Cotto would get out-boxed all night. Pacquiao brings pure offense to the table with PBF and would break his defense eventually.

I will not lie to you, I am impressed on how manny has improved to much over the years. I have been watching this man for 7 years and he just keeps getting better. I believe that mayweather is the best defensive boxer of this generation and his skills are unparalleled. But, styles make fights and I think Manny's aggresive style will give floyd problems. Castillo, Jab Judah, and oscar pressured floyd in their fights. It gave floyd problems and he relied on his conditioning.....
