This song hits home for me. Four years ago my wife of 7 yrs & best friend of 13 yrs suddenly passed away from a ruptured brain aneurysm. I had the perfect life & it was suddenly turned upside down. I feel like I am as healed as I will be. When I think of her I smile and am grateful for the time we were able to spend together instead of being sad & wishing for more time. I look more to the future & less to the past. But I feel numb - half alive. Its hard to explain but this song does a great job.

I've gone through a horrid break up (nothing in comparison to what you've gone through) but I can't get my head round how I've lost the love of my life to disliking the sound of his voice, but you have to keep going. and keep going I will because there are people in this world who need me more than I will ever know. @kiwa007-I'm right there with ya. Roswell is my favorite show, and everytime I hear this song I remember that scene. It gives the song more depth, to mean that really says something about a show. I wish the show had been given a chance :-(

@LaSarenea - Roswell is also one of my all time favorite TV shows! I loved it so much and it did suck that it only lasted 3 seasons. I guess the network felt that 3 million viewers weren't enough, there are some shows that don't even get that and they haven't been canceled. I remember many die hard fans were petitioning another network pick it up like TBS.
