Best base coat I've ever used is Creative Nail Design's "Sticky". It's been around awhile but it's the bomb. It works.

I tried the Orly "Rubber" base coat and the "No Chip" topcoat and I noticed the same thing u did w/Orly base.....my polish peels totally off in one sheet.

I'm not sure if you're aware (and I realize this video is a year old), but Revlon makes a 30 second top coat that works really great! But I HATE basecoats! I don't know why, but every one I've ever tried takes forever to dry and then makes my nailpolish go on streaky. Then it makes my nail polish smudge for a few hours after I put it on... Do you know of any really good basecoats?

For base coat, I use Sally Hansen Continuous Treatment: Strength. It comes in a purple bottle. And for top coat, I use Sally Hansen Insta-Dry. It comes in a red bottle. It drys REALLY quick. I love it. I stopped using ORLY. The base coat I was using bubbled up really easily. I hated it. =/

Don't roll the polish bottle between your hands because you'll more likely drop it and easily create a big mess. There is no harm in shacking your bottles and this way you will quickly even out the color. If your worried about the bubbles, don't be they'll settle about 5 minutes after the vigorous shacking :p

Pink Promenade Creme is one of there colors. Its so cool! Its sorta like a reddish-pink.

My favorite base and topcoat are by INGLOT. They're expensive but worth it: the base doesn't peel off (like my other bases do) and the top coat takes a while longer to dry, but has a very shiny and hard finish--literally lasts a week. To solve the slow-dyring problem, i use Inglot's quick dry--it's the best! But Inglot is a Polish company, so I don't know if they have it in the U.S....

They have this new nailpolish where you just peel it off instead of clean it off with remover. But I think it's stupid to get the peel off nailpolish 'cause if you try to push something or use nails as tools or jam ur nail it gets mashed up and so do cheap nailpolishes but cheap nailpolishes r better than peel off. thanks! i have one recommendation actually for a base coat--it's called Stickey, by Creative. it really keeps your nailpolish on fully for a good 4 days, and then usually for another 4-6 days after that (although i often notice some chipping in the corners, especially on my index fingers..but that's just from everyday wear and tear). but i highly recommend it!
