Hey everyone:) I would have a couple a questions about the new XS Pro

I would like to buy a 150 HP Mercury just I don`t know which one should I chose.... the new XS Pro Optimax or I should wait for a few month.they say that Optimax is really loud but it has a really good price, however the new 150 4 stroke can`t be that expensive than the Verados.... maybe a thousand or 2000 thousand more than the Optimax. ... can somebody give me an advise ? because I`ve never used before Optimax just 4stroke

@HuDzJ05H I'd probably mount the engine one hole higher if I were to do it again, yes. I only use about 1/4th of my jackplate travel as is--I'm nearly all the way up. But it's not QUITE as bad as it looks here. It's partially camera angle that makes it look so low.

Top speed as currently propped (Mercury Fury 26) is 76mph on the speedometer, probably a couple lower in reality. It can pop up 220# on one ski easily with the same prop. Good hole shot, good top speed. I'm very happy with it.
