check your firewall its probably blocking some ports.the same problem happend to me and it was my firewall stopping me i tried connecting while on fifa 12 and it said can not connect then when i came off it i had a window openend with my firewall details sayin that it has blocked fifa 12 from connecting to the net and i had the chance to unblock it then i did n now it works

@skallywagzzz go to google.com and type download d3dx9_41.dll......download the file and then if you are an windows xp user (i dont know of other windows) go to where you have installed windows xp then go to windows and then to system.....extract the file to there.....then open "run" from "start" and type cmd and press enter.......then type regsvr d3dx9_41.dll and press enter.......then you will be able to run it!!!

ps:download virtual clone or daemon tools lite and install them then double click on the .iso file

You have two options:

1. Download Direct X 9 (This fixes all dll. errors in the future)

2. Search d3dx9_(any number). Then rename it corresponding to the error.

(Reccomend using option 1 since it's easier)
