As an employee of a rental car agency at a major international airport, I can vouch for this man. Although, I can also confirm that third party travel agencies more often than not will override any location's available classes and reserve cars that aren't carried or are otherwise not available. It's not okay to blame the renting company in this case.
Terrible travel experiences (and positive) can be found for any company everywhere -- but comments below, such as baggie00001 or TwirlGuy, just detract from the conversation and lower the status of the forum. And childish namecalling -- that's just ignorant. What a waste!

If that was the worst traveling experience you have ever had, you have had it easy and if Alamo was out of vehicles, I bet the other rental company's were too.
