While Melvin was still performing, this was the second most talented combination of singers the Temptations ever had, next to the Classic 5. The pairing of Ali Woodson and Theo Peoples on the groups mid-90s tracks was unbelievable.

Although they were only in the group together for 3 or 4 years, their leads are a joy to listen to and are simply awesome. Smooth soul.

You must be a white guy. I know the original as well but the tempts added soul to it as only the Tempts can do. This CD stayed on the R&B top for 6 months mainly because of the rendition of Enchanted Evening.

Duo lead of Ollie Ali Woodson and the fabulous Theo Peoples. Absolutely fabulous rendition of the Robert Goulet show tune. It seems whatever the "mix" of the Temptations Otis Williams kept the magic going and therin lies his inimitable genius. Otis--is truly the man in businessman which is why he's still a mega force in the music business after all these years. And, oh by the way, the big "O" can sing a mean background second tenor. He started having health problems. I wish that the label would have released LIfe Is But A Dream as a single since it was the last single to feature original bass singer Melvin Franklin, that would have been a nice triubute to a legendary bass singer and a man with a heart of gold. I don't see what was the big deal of Motown not honoring his memory.
