That was really good. I thought it was funny how the guy was pushing the diamond ring to her as if he was begging her to take it then the park guy comes along at the most awkward moment and he just shoos him away lol

to be honest this was not good ,considering how many people worked on this .But the shot from 5:00 - 5:10 was nice

read a few books bout editing , a few times u cut from a personal medium close up to a wider shot.. losing connection we had with the character

from 2:23- 2:42 u managed to add some emotion (nice cuts and music)

5:37 -5:44 the 180 rule is broken(looks strange)
