  • @Nervenkratz You got 66% right, not bad at all. You should try again! :)

  • @elpiconeroinabsentio We knew you would try to read them... we made sure you would not be able to do that...

  • This is extremelly difficult. And more if arias are sung in different language from original...

At first listening I only can say:

    1) The beautiful, beautiful voice of Maria Müller.

    4) Could it be the powerful Jaro Prohaska???

    6) Volker.

    All are beautiful voices!

  • @maxlorenz24 You got one right...

  • @AfroPoli At least! I will dowload a couple of LPs from europarchive's site to learn some old German voices.

  • 6- ellegant phrasing and amazing legato... Völker.

  • Very difficult, at first hearing I didn't recognize a single one, except maybe nr 5. Lucia Popp? Is she German? Or is it Pilar Lorengar?

I do agree some very excellent singing.

  • Holla die Waldfee, this one is difficult... I think I have to go back to school. But this is some EXCELLENT singing. I love Rothenberger's Mimì. And Gerhard Hüsch of course.

Wow, all this stuff gave me appetite for EISBEIN. I am SO off to the pub. Ciao!
