Look up Misfeasance please l think you will find they can also be sued. They are awaiting out Supreme court date hopefully next month. ... Rangers are not experts and misfeasance is the IMPROPER PERFORMANCE OF A LAW ACT.

received info from Australia were they are fighting it on the breed id.

Its been proven in a court of law there are no experts in Aus that can ld the breed.

And you cannot use a breed standard to id a dog as its only for conformation (Dog Shows)

They are now suing council and the rangers by taking civil action against them for wrongful id of innocent dogs that have been killed. Its called Misfeasance.

Theres clearly no experts here any ways as theyve lifted rottweilers x's and bullmastiffs saying theyre pitbull types aswell shower of bastards the councils

I am so fed up with the discrimination on this type of dog because the media want to sell papers. LOOK at the damage done to this poor dog while he has a loving family that is cares and is fighting for him. IF this kind of cruelty is not stopped I think I will go mad. They stopped picking on people and now pick on dogs. It is NOT The type of dog but the TYPE of owner, RESPONSIBLE & LOVING dog owners are paying a HUGE price (as it their dogs) for those that are not. This INSANITY Must STOP.

I don't know if this will help or not, because I live in the united states, but have you tried PBRC (Pit Bull Rescue Central)

or the society for the prevention of cruelty to animals, association.

If anything, the care takers of the shelter where he has been housed should be charged with cruelty to animals for what they have done to poor bruce. Here in america they would be facing some serious legal difficultys because of what they have done.

I feel your pain, we will pray for a miracle.

Theres No News. On The 12th Sept It Was Decided Bruce Was A Pit Bull Dog & Thus Should Be Destroyed.

His Owners Are Now Appealing Against That Decision. I have No Idea How Long They Have To Do It Or Anything Tho Im Afraid.

If I Find Out Anything Though I Will Tell People. Chek My Channel For Any Updates x
