I wouldn't say Lesnar was trash, he has potential he just really needs to work on technique and train alot more on ground work. Cro Cop in present form wouldn't have a chance but who knows if he gets back to his best.

He's pretty good but I can name a number of people off the top of my head that could beat him, Fedor, Semmy Schilt, Hong Man Choi, CroCop, Nogueira, Brock Lesnar, Bob Sapp too probably.
