  • According to constitution of Iraq,Sadam was not dethroned,and Sadam had repeatedly told the judge of Kangroo court.

    Court case against him should have been held till he was dethroned according to constitution.

    Besides,there can't be punishment for a past crime,more severe than at the time of crime (read Iraqi constitution).The charges on Sadam,Tariq Aziz and others were from the times when they were in constitutional protected positions,they were not liable of crime then & as-well not today .
