@Bouncer246 call your network (orange,O2, ect.) and ask them to activate it :D after that you should be able to download stuff and use bbm :D

Hey commenters, please help:

For the BlackBerry Curve 8520 when you open App World, it asks you to sign in with your email and password, when I enter the information in, the usual happens, authenticating and loading plus the agreement, once I've finished all of that, I click I Accept and all it does is it just shows the account information???? It doesn't sign in, it just gets stuck on the page. I desperately need some help on this issue and any help given would be greatly appreciated.

@97thanu thanks for commenting! On the back of your home hub you should see your normal wifi password key also known as your WEP/WPA. However on newer wifi boxes they support this new pin system. To get around this all you have to do is activate your Wifi and then do a normal search for available connections. Select your home hub network from the list and then the pop up will appear asking you about the PIN. If you scroll down and select 'Cancel' you should be able to enter your normal password.

I think the problem appears when your device is unlocked somehow.

Mine is without simlock and weblock etc.

Thats why its doesn't recognize my simcard, wich is not from a store, where you buy BBs usually.
