Make fun of him in you want, but you may miss some really usefull tips... Westside Barbell will show you the same stuff... Pretty sure you would not make fun of those guys...

  • - i'm a sophmore in highschool and i'm on the football team, and weightlifting season is going to be starting soon (3 days a week) so, how long would it take for me to be seing results in my bench while i'm consuming protien shakes . btw i can only bench like 250 now .

    False. Protein helps build muscle therefore increasing your bench.

  • @MrSammyc11 ..false..more muscle does not have to mean more power!...even if it does it this way, it is a very unimportant variable in the whole equation of power on bench press or anything else.

  • @demOthepotential im not sayin its gonna make u bench a ridiculous amount. the power and strength u have is based on ur training. however protein has the ability to make a workout more effective
