Yes. Just click on the Web Stats icon on the dashboard. Once enabled it will begin tracking site visitors.

you guys should make it so you don't have to get pro to do it all every other site has a pro account but it's just for a domain name then I find a good website and you can't even make a form

How do you add like an inquiry page to your webstarts page? Like where people fill in a form, clicks submit, then the inquiry goes to the email registered in the account?

In order to add a login to your website you have to upgrade to a WebStarts Pro account. That will give you access to the password protection feature.
