Yes, 李逸 sang all sentimental love songs with his unique and full of emotion voice, he was the undisputed No 1 Male Singer in the 70s in Malaysia and Singapore. I met him when I was 13/14 Years old in my village, he was very friendly and approachable, his wife "Ting Ting" was a very nice and firendly lady. We become friends until the day of his sudden passing on 27/7/1980. RIP 李逸

i used to listen his songs when i was a kid. From the radio it used to plays his songs every weekend. But very unfortunately i lost him during his very young age and i was only 12 yrs old that time.

My home town at Segamat too. I miss them. Lee Yee is my favourite singer. When I was young, I elder sister alway listen to him song. From there I like his song. This song really touch my heart. I miss my Ma and Da.

Thanks for sending this information . I found Taiwanese singer " Lin Chong "林 沖 sang 故乡之歌 in both Japanese and Mandarin too.李逸 sang well 70's songs ,I wonder if he performed in S. Vietnam with some Taiwanese singers
