i hate brunswick pinsetters there heavy way too many parts and the cost of the parts are twice to three times the cost of amf parts like the pin cups amf pin cups are 8 to 10.00 a cup brunswick chutes are 35. 50.00 a piece
the distributors run pretty good. with 58 lanes, at one time was 64. but when a lane breaks dont now we dont fix it... the owner is cheap.the owner even let go the best amf machanic ever. rep2369, to save money. i love working in a bowling alley, just not this one.
nice video i work on the same machines do u have alot of distributor jams we are switching to the gsx 3 brunswicks dont know if there going to be worth it
He speaks the truth. Well maybe not the best AMF mechanic ever lol. When I was there we had VERY few pileups on the side I was responsible for (split house). The GSX is a great machine from what I hear, they run very well, but have a lot of plastic parts which I don't like. Just remember with 70's it's not always the dist causing issues. Any interruption in pin feed/travel from the pinwheel back down to the pindeck will put a pin where it shouldn't be and it can and usually will cause a jam!

I do miss the 70's, I can't lie. I love the Brunswicks too but I just don't know them like I do AMF's and it's gonna take MANY years til I do. I hear ya bud, I'm very lucky to have excellent co-workers at the new place. I miss working with you a lot too, it was a lot of fun. Many, many good times and laughs we had working together. You didn't lose me though, the center did... I'd still help you with anything!
You called them "automatic pinsetters" they're not Brunswicks! AMF makes pinspotters angel ;) Maybe some day you can teach me a thing or two about those AMF things, I've been Brunswick corrupted! Sweet video bud! :)

@darkvixen5240 nope when u go to that bruswick gsx talk about junk anf has kept a good thing going with 8290xl the gsx is a pile of junk
