pretty awesome.. no he didnt get fired.... i know someone who had worn a higher quality mascot costume for a theme park (The heads pretty much lock on with a twist... cheaper ones use snaps and can come off easy...) so head coming off is probably not going to happen considering disney world doesnt even let the actor reveal who they are or something.. either way from being to disney.. this is actually encouraged, makes the characters more "human"... and builds crowds for the character (Photo Op)
