In Oblivion the placeatme command was really bad to use since it bloated your save files. I don't know how it is in Skyrim.

Also, you don't need to type in the first zeros in the ID. "fea9b" would be sufficient.

He probably enchanted Magic/Fire/Frost resistance on his armor. If he's a Breton he already has an innate percentage of magic resistance. It'll be even higher if he took the Magic Resistance perks in the Alteration perk tree.
