  • @computeras2000

    Greetings Yaroze fans across Europe!

  • played this game today, and it was funny especially the man who said 'just look at the kids in south park they dont have a 3rd dimension' and the man who said he would disembowel himself

  • truly a classic of game

  • Man I remember playing this back in the old days. I was probably about 6. The music is nostalgia gold, thanks a lot for uploading this and thanks to the person who made it!

  • I played this game when I was about 7 and didnt have a clue when I got to the village, i may have to dig this game out the loft now!

  • What an epic game :)

  • These graphics are shit even for playstation.

  • @bakazeldafreak Maby you should check your Justin Bieber small dick....

  • @bakazeldafreak Graphics do not make a game

  • 4:07 lol at the guy getting chased by an ugly looking kitchen appliance

  • Never knew where to go when I got to the drawbridge :P

  • I loved this game as a kid, i used to play it all the time but i never knew what to really do... as i could never find the a way to get permission to cross the river...

  • Classic game!

  • I'm the author of this game many years ago. i've been developing games ever since, and have just started up my own games company, called "Aah Games". I put up a fair bit of information about Adventure Game, including the "secret" (yet "rubbish") 50fps mode. Visit the company site if you want to see it. Thanks for putting this video up, it gave me a big warm fuzzy feeling.

  • Thank you for making such a great game, which brings back good memories for so many people!

  • It's great to see a comment from you - your self-deprecating and often bizarre humour made me laugh a lot when I first played this :) Some phrases have become in-jokes among my siblings to this day - and I loved the "You are tenacious!" reference in particular.

  • @AahGames Thank you signor Swan for such a winner of a game. i'd love to play this again since this was the first i played (sad but true ;_;)

  • @AahGames i really loved that game! you (and your team?) made me look further into game developement thanks!

  • @AahGames thanks very much for making an epic game. Sends the memories flooding back.

  • @AahGames I'd just like to tell you that this game scared the shit out of me as a child. Such a good game.

  • @AahGames OMG I loved this game back in the day, it was very inspiring! And funny too!

  • @AahGames i love this game, especially the soundtrack, and the jokes like, 'just look at the kids in south park! they dont have a third dimension' and 'henceforth i shall disembowel myself for thinking vow may breathe same air', question is, do you like bach? because thats what the soundtrack is, theres two ones i know, jesu joy of mans desire, minuet, and mountain, but what are the others, such as the one that plays in the village?

  • I found it! Been looking for this for a while, but I could always distinctly remember the player being pretty chubby :P

  • gotta love that camera work, haha i love this game brings back memories

  • I remember this game well. I remember the hysterical dialogue throughout. Something about the princess needing rescuing and all the villagers are berating her saying: "have you seen hr? Beaten by the ugly stick, she was!"

    Fantastic :)

  • Wow that's pretty damn impressive for a Yaroze game!

Somebody should make flash versions of the Yaroze games so people can expereince them online.

  • seconded....and thirded.

  • I love how sadisticly ironic the dialogue in this game was if i remember rightly even if gameplay sucked It was on a few other demo discs as well

  • This game was amazing. I got killed by so many evil birds.

  • awful game, I remember the music. A single press of a keyboard button every minute or so.

  • best game ever made

  • Loved this one, mostly for being so hilarious awful. One of the villagers would say something like "I can't see you, because the programmer didn't bother giving me a face."

All the Yaroze games were mental.

  • I got stuck on this game.

  • this game was pretty bad, but the dialogue was hilarious! i think i even completed it once!

  • Looks like a chinese pirate game ....

  • how do you get past the bats in the foggy wood?

  • Does anyone know how I could get a hold of this again?

  • I'm playing it right now. The dialogue is fucking hilarious.

  • Fantastic game, I wonder who the creator was, I'd like to shake his/her hand.

  • Read the video information to the right.

  • My lord... i remember this!

Ive been trying to find some evidence of it existing for like 3 years XD

...that game really sucked as hard as i remembered :')

  • I've still got this game!!

    Tis crap!

  • Oh god I loved this game. XD it was awesome. And as a matter of fact the music got me addicted to J.S. Bach. X3

But yeah, I loved it, it was a funny game. ^^

  • i liked how this game took the piss out of itself. i would always get to the forest and get butt fucked by the bats.

  • I rember playing this and not knowing what to do and get killed by a bat

  • old good times shit! :D

  • i finished this game but it took me awhile :O im not gonna spoil ending and I POSTED THIS BEFORE VID SO I DONT KNOW IF HE SHOWED EVERYTHING but yeh this great game i love it

  • You're in luck; I didn't finish the game in the video. ;)

  • Iv got to the pyramid bit...i think thats the last bit then died...gonna get it out again :D

  • I remember laughing my ass off at this game, have to get it out some day...

  • film you completing it :)

  • That would require me being some good! =D

  • I remember watching my brother play this when I was young, and when he got to the town I asked him "why is that washing machine following you?" XD

  • Oh god, this was hilarious! I never got past those bats though.

  • Haha great game :)

  • I hated the bats :@! I could never get past the desert-bit.

  • duno if i ever got very far :O(

    dialogue was great :O)

  • thanks for putting this up but you didn't even speak to the woman who mentions the South Park kids and their 2 dimensions! or much of what the beggar had to say you just ran around! please put up other bits if u can i wana show someone it over the net and can't do it myself O___O

  • cazzo di gioco cio sclerato quando ero bambino e quel vecchietto di merda che ti segue nn lo sopporto!

  • I found this one genuinely funny, despite the fact I didn't even know how get past the town part. I remember some dialogue about how bad the characters looked and the NPC blaming the creator. Wish I could have made it further!

  • i completed it yay!

  • This was cool, got across the river but thats it.

  • lol me too, i always died i did it for the humour, but maybe there was more humour across the lake..

  • This was my favourite

  • It's a great game; the dialogue is a joy to read and does a good job in parodying similar-styled RPG games.

The section a little later in the game when you're fighting hordes of 'birds' is a little frustrating - but hey, this is Yaroze!
