Your computer runs A LOT of services.. some of them close or stop automatically, with the user opening and closing different programs and what not. A lot of people don't realize how many services they open when they open a process.. when you close the process there is a delay on when the services get terminated. The delay is set at 12k.. not sure how long that is.. but it definitely isn't instant.. it's a few seconds.. turning it down to 2k makes it a lot faster.
For example.. get in task manager... and look at the services tab.. now open a few programs.. look at it again. Now close the program.. services stay the same.. instead of go down. (they will eventually go down).. but you turning the delay down.. makes that faster. :) Good question.
That's weird, I can't change my waittokillservice. It gives me this error:
Cannot edit WaitToKillService:Error writing the value's new contents :/
