A little bit of a mystery here (4/4/10), but there's no new updates on Malil's case to be found. As far as I can tell he never made bail though. He HAS NOT been working in any films, I can tell you that much. I don't believe his case has come before a judge or jury yet.

I can not find any updates on the net about the verdict. This was last year and I see a movie he is in that was copyrighted 2009 so did he get bail and did a movie producer actually cast him in a film even though he is accused of such a crime or could it have been filmed before all this? He looks super guilty and I don't see how he can get off of this but I see no updates on it.
