Did you use a lot of arm action for the small ring.Also what wraps are you using?

My arms are straight throughout. The wraps are neoprenes called 'thermoskins' which I bought out of the local pharmacy. I use them for keeping my joints warm

yeah, you are right. I was trying to prove that the weights I claimed were accurate but a bit further away woul dhave been better.
one suggestion. maybe its too much of a close-up you know?
