1680x1050 on high actually, lol
very high gets me substantially less fps ~35 compared to the avg 40-45 in high, so i just go for the high xD

Personally, I like mixing the settings or "custom" as they call it. Because some settings don't change much by being in medium, high or very high. My 4850 is giving me BSODs, I hope it works soon, I need to play games!
