Mine will actually flip over, i can take it off hold it still and take the stone and flip it over. Mine is a saphire as well and the side has 20 diamonds. Would of costed over $500.00 but reduced a good amount.

Personally, I like the split dual-rock square rings with diamonds. And I really don't think they're ghetto, just a different style, which is what I like. My ring is one of these and it cost me about $800 with real diamonds and some red stone and black onyx.
