  • Your terrific! Thanks for this great video.

  • I like you.

  • I really like your vid. - but what's the vinegar for? 1st time I've ever seen it used in bread, but then I'm not much of a bread maker. thanks!

  • @muktismom Cider vinegar adds taste, and I think it also helps the yeast ferment.

  • I agree that it would be great to bake wonderful gf bread from scratch, but I have never found a recipe that equals this mix. What I tried to do was demystify baking a yeast bread, which many oeople find daunting. You can use your own m\x if flours if you like.

  • You used a store bought flour blend that is already tuned for bread making, the hard part has already been done. The bread looks good, but this video hasn't given me much insight on the gluten free bread making world.

  • Why didn't you show us how it looked sliced ?

  • You could just store your eggs at room temp like Europeans et al

  • I like your approach and enjoyed watching you in your kitchen...I think I can I think I can I think I can!

  • better to go to millersglutenfree, com

  • This video is simple to follow and helps answer long awaited questions concern baking gluten free breads.

  • Thanks for the tips, especially the egg warming...Why didn't I think of that???Keep up the good work!

  • Very good!
