Just like in the case of Bil'in, Israel's High Court ruled that the apartheid wall must be moved back to allow the villagers to get back some of their land, which hasn't happened yet although two years have passed since the court's decision.
They use court decisions for propaganda purposes to give the false impression they deal with the Palestinians legally. It's actually a farce of court rulings that almost never get to be enforced.

Actually I think this is a very serious matter.
The blockade IS a better option than an incursion into Gaza to destroy Hamas rocket emplacements. The blockade is actually saving lives, by not needlessly endangering Palestinian civilians, in what I think (after all that's happened) would be a justified incursion.
I know you do not agree, but Hamas wanted to run the place, and now it's their job to run it. But I would like to see them run it as a country instead of a propaganda tool.

How do you figure that the blockade won't cost fewer lives than any incursion? The food blockade deliberately puts civilian lives in danger. How many people are going to starve to death, or do you think you're playing chicken, giving them food at the last minute. The blockade demonstrates that Gaza is at the mercy of Israel. Hamas, or Fatah for the matter, doesn't have a feasible chance at governing under a siege.
