LOL! Westminster isn't going crazy. You are only familliar with church bells ringing rounds eg. 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10. This video is showing methods being rung. so instead of having 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10, you would have 2 1 4 3 6 5 8 7 10 9 etc. Like an anagram of numbers one to ten. The method being rung on theese 10 bells is Stedman caters i think.
