400 + pages to define rights?? Only request is for people to READ it before making a decision on merits. Don't waste a basic right to vote!!! ...that aside.....from someone who has read the treaty(constitution) it is rife with mandates by an unelected ruling elite that abrogate, in the long term, Ireland's hard fought Constitutional rights.....from a Stateside follower-Democracy is the issue here

The core issue is that millions of us Europeans do not want all OUR laws to be made by an un-elected commission of rich burocrats in Brussels.
Why should OUR health services be privatised ?
Why should OUR constitutions become obsolete ?
If we are to become "EU citizens"...why haven't WE been asked ?
Why were WE not consulted over the foundation of the EU's own para-military (EGF), or the plans for a European army ?
Why should WE finance EU corruption ?
