  • phoenix hasnt become a dumb hobo, he has become one of the most genius men ever... able to exact revenge with a 7 year delay, without even showing his face...godly

  • This song is hilarious. It's so bad and good and it suits Apollo perfectly.

  • Kristoph Gavin's insanity: Wright... Wright... WWWWWWWWWWWWWwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwRRRRRrrrRRRRRIIIIIIIIIggggggggGHhhhhhhhhhhTTTTTTtttttttttttttttttt!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

That was probaly the best Phoenix Wright freak-out I've ever seen.

  • @polarseizure The scariest was case 5* of AJ with Rena.

    (Case 5 was fan-made)

  • The first case will be the 2º.

  • if it werent for kristoph this song wouldnt be half as good

  • it just makes you want to slam on a desk, and shoot random evidence at the prosecution.

  • MOAR PANTIEZ

  • this is the best announce the truth theme

  • i love all games of phoenix wright ^^

  • Reminds me of

    *spoiler*

    Kristoph`s over 9000 breakdown.

  • Epic villain though.

I dunno if you ever 'bracelet focused' on his eyes when he was holding up his glasses, but man what a death-stare. :P

  • @TheWolfLucario Yes. It's quite intense. XD

  • @TheWolfLucario

Just like that Devil Face appearing on his hand :S

  • @TheWolfLucario screw the devil hand, that was funny, but his eyes....his so cold, deathly, hating eyes.....*AAH

  • @mrslovvet Leave a bigger gap after the spoiler warning!! lol5monthslate

  • I'm sorry! Did I spoil something for you?!

    *cries*

    D:

  • @mrslovvet SPOILER WARNING

Hmm kinda. Back when I first read it I was around Case 3, but I assumed you were refering to his breakdown in Case 1 as opposed to the last Case :P

  • Oh... OK. I guess it could be worse.... But I'll be more careful next time.

  • It's like the deduction song from Death Note.

Somehow, you feel smart when you're listening to it

  • I really liked this track. It's got a great beat and really gets you pumped up during the trial. My favorite "telling the truth" theme by far. This series has some of the best video game music ever. Oh, and Kristoph was the best villian in the series, for sure. So cool. Loved his classy prison cell and that eerie theme he had.

  • THIS IS THE SOUND OF DEDUCTION

  • best comment ever

  • Seconded xD

  • thirded.

  • This is relaxed...and don't make fun of Godot! He kicks epic a**.

  • Here comes Justice!

  • my 2 favorite lines from Apollo Justice, quoted by apollo

"Sorry, But thats not how things are going to go down."

    "But your wrong, Detective Crescend..

...Its the other way around! If Machi doesn't admit to smuggling here.. He's in deep trouble! Look, if Machi admits to smuggling here... then he'll be tried in our courts, By our Laws. You don't get the death penalty for smuggling in our country."

  • One of my personal favorites:

"Justice won't leave until Justice is served."

  • "Okay mr justice, heres the coffee you wanted served."

    "Alright, I'm leaving now."

  • Since when does Apollo drink coffee? I don't believe he's a certain masked prosecutor who's hooked to the stuff...

  • Just a little example. Besides, it was only 1 cup.

  • where did u download the soundtrack? X_x

  • I love all the versions of Announce the Truth, although this one seems a little more... relaxed?

  • I like all except this one, actually...this doesn't seem as serious as the others.

  • Yeah, the others are more like OHMYGODHEDIDIT! Less keen on this one but I love all the music so I'm not complaining ^w^

  • I just realized. This song would make a perfect maverick select theme for one of the Megaman X games! :O

  • well, they are both capcom games, so maybe that is why you realized that.

  • same composer as well

  • I can play the right hand on Piano :D

  • This is perhaps the only memorable Announce The Truth so far, although T&T's does have some worth.

  • This variation kind of gives of a feeling of sudden revelation, like "...Ah, so that's how it is!", while its former versions give a "...What the hell is going on?!" feeling. Ultimately, they are both different aspects of "announcing the truth".

Or at least that's how I felt.

  • Drop the second "or" >_>

  • I mean "of"!

  • Haha, that's like so true for me 8D

  • i really like this song ^^

  • This is what Kristoph would be saying...

    "WRRRRIIIIGGGHHHHTTTT!!"

The instant I heard him scream with this theme, I knew that it was the turning point.

  • I loved that part. =D

  • 1.) Bullshit....Because this is what happened.

2.) Of course it can be explained!

3.) Don't you even dare try to lie your way out of this one.

4.) And THAT, my friends...is what happened. *Grin*

  • This song fit so much with Kristoph's tantrum at the end of the last case. XD

  • god i love how this one sounds

  • I always forget what this one sounds like for some reason...

  • this starts out slow

    but quickly builds up!

  • I love this one! too bad its short though.....

  • is there anyway i can download this?

  • All the Announce The Truth songs are epic win.IMO,there like this:

    AA)He did what!?!?!?!?

    JFA)HE REALLY DID!?!?!?!?!?

    T&T)Get him.NAO!

    AJ)Confess,NOOB!

    Ya...LOL

  • You know, you're right, I just heard them we should try to find an iconic scene in which each plays:

AA & JFA) Can't remember but sounds creepy, like "Yeah! I stabbed him 6 times in the face, so what?!"

T&T) It's on the tip of my tounge...Something about presenting decesive evidence against Dahlia on 4-5... I think...

AJ) Used when Apollo solves the mystery behind the case.

But I REALLY like it because it played when Kristoph finds out who's idea it was to usethe Jurist system on this case.

  • Can anyone tell me where to get this pic AND MORE IMPORTANTLY ONE THAT CAN BE PUT ON MY DESKTOP WITHOUT BEING PIXCELATED?

    THANKS LOTS! :)

  • This is from NDS. It can only be pixliated.

The one that you are watching right now is a enlarged picture from those small NDS screens. The graphic is freaking awesome in new games for NDSL. If you are looking for non-pixilated court room, go to the actual courtroom and snap some shots.

  • U r wrong about that. I found one but i accidentaly replaced it with another one.

  • Y down this? Huh?

  • This song makes me happy and give the feeling I finally understand what happened in this case! :D

  • I like this, but it's much less sinister and intense that the others...

  • Whenever I hear this song, I always think "Oh god.. the trial is gonna continue tomorrow.." since this always plays when the defense team proven a certain possibility that will turn this case around.

Anyways Kristoph, imo, was the best villain in the entire series. He was like an evil version of Edgworth, and the only guy Phoneix got all worked up just to beat him.

  • Actually, Manfred von Karma fits your description, too. He's an evil version of Edgeworth (taught Edgeworth much of what he knows) and Phoenix was really, REALLY motivated to beat him.

  • This comes on at the right time..! just when you find out something crucial in the game..

  • what I found strange is that they used this song more often than the actual objection song. if you ask me, it fits better.

  • i think dis waz so cool i love this song in da game u kno it really makes u think about lik wow did i just do dat

  • This really reminds me of Kristoph. I saved near that part and showed it to my friend like 20 times. He never stopped laughing.

  • To be honest, I didn't like this Announce the Truth as much as the others. It sounded like the trial was ending to me

  • This is definetely my fav tune in the game, i dunno why but i just never get tired of it!!

  • I don't think it's grave enough.

  • True.. but it's still awesome.

  • I never said it wasn't :D

  • Ugh.... I really hated Kristoph at the end of Apollo Justice/Gyakuten Saiban 4 so much. Mainly because he killed Truy's father. I mean sure there were other people to hate in the PW series like Morgan Fey trying to over power Kurain Village and Daliaha Hawthorne ruining everybody's life like Phoenix and Terry Fawles but... after what Kristoph did he was my most hated character ever. WHY KRISTOPH?!

  • I won't lie... If given the chance... I would LOVE to kill Zak myself.

  • Why? Is there really a reason to?

  • Yes. He's the underlying reason the whole of the AJ plot happened. Well, he and Magnifi and their screwed up Troupe. (I actually like Valant and Thalassa, but they are questionable too.)

  • well...if the plot of AJ didn't happen, would you really even care about the game?

  • You don't get my point.

If Zak was dead, Thalassa wouldn't have gotten shot and lost her memory, Trucy would stay with her mother, Valant would recieve the magic, and Pheonix wouldn't been disbarred. Oh, and Kristoph wouldn't have forged evidence. EVERYONE WOULD BE HAPPY.

  • definitely not true, cause it might have been Valant that shot Thalassa.

  • MIGHT. There is a possibility that with one less shooter, there is very little possibility. Now do you see?

  • If there was no Zak, there would be no Trucy, there might be no Troupe at all, Valant wouldn't be able to recieve it if there was no Troupe, and I guess we would have a fourth Phoenix Wright game, yes. :p Oh, and Kristoph was evil to begin with. He wanted to win that trial so he could get more famous, which is why he made sure he would win - the forged evidence. So it would be either this case, or the next famous star to ask his help.

  • if you give the system to the people, the people can change the law

  • I love how this one really builds up, one of my favourites.

  • LOVE this.

  • Of course they play "Announce the Truth" when Kristoph finally snaps. It's only fitting, really.

  • Ironic that he was perfectly cool about being charged with murder, but when the Judge mentioned in passing that he was giving the legal system back to the common people, boy did he ever go ballistic. Over 9000, in fact.

  • i know. i was like WTF?!?!?shift

  • A very calm and collected murderer, but obviously doesn't like his pride challenged.

  • Kristoph was able to cover all the bases on evidence to point he did it on the second murder charge. What he didnt count on however, was the favour of the Jury!

  • Kristoph is the best villain in terms of being hard to crack, but he is the worst in terms of what cracks him. How is giving the legal system back to the people supposed to destroy his ability to go through legal loop holes?

  • I think it means that people can say more or less "What you did was wrong anyway, and you know it." instead of "technically, what he did wasn't illegal, so he can't get penalized for it..."

  • To be fair, there was NO EVIDENCE that he did any of the murders. He would have gotten away free on that fact alone if not for the whole "oh hay, we don't need any evidence to convict you" thing... which is terrifying if you think about it. Apollo Justice: the only game in which you not only like the villain, but AGREE with him.

  • It's not his trial, remember. The jury verdict is for her.

  • I do admit to liking Kristoph, but I agree not at all. Besides, the Jury decided she was innocent, not anything about his guilt. He's already been put away, and can't do anything more.

  • The first time, though, he got owned through a logical error he made, kind of like Luke Atmey.

  • But at least Kristoph wasn't dumb enough to leave stolen contraband in a duffel on his desk unattended.

  • But if you remember, Atmey WANTED to be convicted of being the thief. He left it there so Phoenix would find it and use it against him.....spoiler btw

  • Besides, I was talking about the knowledge that only the killer would know about, something exhibited by Kristoph, Luke AND Tigre.

  • I hated Kristoph and certainly didn't agree with him. He got owned by the jury, and his whole "Oh evidence is everything you can't touch me", is total utter bullshit. And there was evidence he did the murder, remember the letter? But oh no the court couldn't accept it could it? I'd take a "oh hay, we don't need any evidence to convict you" thing, over a "you dont have evidence, fuck off" thing.

  • God you people must be criminals yourself to actually AGREE with Kristoph. Either that or your Phoenix Wright fanboys/fangirls.

  • Overreact much? "You people" applies only to one person.

  • This one is great, I don't blame you.

  • i REALLY like this one, i found it better than the Cornered song @_@
