@ICHAS3I Actually they are oil drinkers so they need alot more attention than your average engine. Mazda oughta just design an oil storage basin and include a sensor that tells you when the oil gets to down to a certain level.

too many rotary haters, cuz they can't accept the fact that the rotary engine is an amazing design and if taken care of properly can exceed the so called 80,000 km engine rebuild. nice fc man. i've had an fb, an fc, fc turbo 2 and just recently i bought a 93 fd... i love them all

rotary is the same as all engines they all run different;y depending on how good you take care of the car

man you dont have to work on them for every 80,000 km you can get 200,000 miles out of a s4 b4 having to change apex seals if its taking care of! i have had a sa, fb, and fc (s2, s3,s4,and a s5) looking to get a fd here before to long!

oh and the RX7 sounds pretty good by the way.

you should hear my 1971 240Z though. im running 6 to 1 headers, cherry bomb glasspack, 2 1/4 pipe (i'll be going to 2 1/2 or 3" pipe when i put the L28 block in), with a 3 1/4 tip. so its kinda loud but sounds great.

umm its idling a lil over 700 (cold motor) from what i can see in the vid which most cars idle around 700 -800rpm and the base idle speed for an RX7 is 750rpm so his is good and the oil "pressure" is okay. so umm yeah you might want to learn a thing or two about cars yours self there buddy..

FC, you can hear on the noise and of course the interior. If you aren't familiar with the dash, you can recognise it from the angled interior panels.
