is it true that this game has a lot of grinding? Or can you quest your way up to the top like in WoW? Also are the quests worth it like in WoW? And how are the raids/instances? Looting is good?

The game promotes story-driven quests with little to no griding and cinematics to make questing a lot more interesting. Quests are always worth the gameplay experience, and raids/instances are gonna start showing face a bit later on when players actually start with it.

Looting is good also - unlike WoW, their devs strive for originality and actually give a damn about making unique and personalized equipment.
