@Irene00007 the ad starts off when the guy is born...his parents takes him to a BABA/GURU to find a suitable name for him( common in india)

the GURU wit a bad throat coughs instead of speaking out a perfect name...and the people around thinks....the cough sound shall be his name......

the ad goes on from time to time in the boys life, till he turns into a Man......gets married, gets a child of his own....and takes his son to the same GURU....

the ad ends with the guy giving the GURU ...
