@fivestarmichael - it's just a bit of ambience, sampling a voice from the streets of London. Makes sense to me because Rush try to capture something curiously 'English' in this song . I think you'll find that Mrs Lee, LIfeson and Peart specifically put it there... it's a nice touch for us English to hear!

@B7432 Nothing wrong with live, but you miss the quiet moments from the studio. This was the first ROCK album besides the Police that I heard when my cousins got a CD player, portable, it was my first foray with CD in the mid 1980s or early 80s (after CD was released of course) and I enjoyed both with headphones

Oh My God!!!! I used to watch this exact video maybe 3 or 4 yrs. ago and then it was suddenly removed due to some youtube rules that were supposedly broken-I was so damn pissed off because this is the BEST and most creative video I have seen on youtube. The art is beautiful and is synced to this great Rush song perfectly. I am so happy it is available to see again, especially since Rush is about to end their Time Machine tour and they are playing their Moving Pictures album. Excellent work!!
@spursfor5 You're right my friend. The video was taken down about 4 years ago. At the time it had over half a million views. Unfortunately it does'nt get many views this time round because its not showing up very high in the search lists. On the positive side I've re-uploaded it in widescreen and the quality at youtube is way better than before.

Watching these guys for 3 decades and got the chance to see it live in Greensboro, NC. I thought OMG these guys are gonna do this? Perfectly man enough I am to say I shed several tears. 13 year-old boy beside me asked why I cry? Tears of joy my friend, nothing more. His mom smiled at me, 3 generations gave standing ovation. Rare this is in a "rock" concert.
