@kritas01 Well, She doesn't touch the bell never has and she's never chew ropes even the ones in her cage, it was bought at petsmart 3 years ago and it looks the same as it did when I bought it, she's not much of a chewer never has been, I doubt she ever will she's almost 10 years old now.

My Quakers are the same way when the camera comes on, they will be talking up a storm and doing some crazy things, but when the camera comes out, it is like they are camera shy, they spend the whole time looking at the camera or trying to get a hold of it..

It's because most animals think that the camera lense is a giant eye staring at them, unblinking. They get scared, or defensive. Kind of like "Hey, what are you looking at?"

I took out the camera, and after a little sniffing and a little eye-balling, he became a supermodel, posing and lookin all sweet and sassy for the camera. x3 Give her time, keep introducing it, but not up-in-her-face, and she'll likely warm up to it, and as you show excitement in her interest and entertaining behavior, the more likely she is to perform even better.

u can get them at petco in 3 sizes small(Parakeets finches etc..), medium (conures Cockatiels etc...), and large (Macaws African Greys etc...). I got 1 4 my bird and she loves it! It's just hard 2 keep clean tho!

your bird is quiet, is he always quiet or is he pretty loud sometimes? Some say they are way too noisy, others say they are fine. I have lots of Cockatiels who talk sing dance and whistle like crazy. Something has always drawn me to the sun conure though. Beautiful colors.!!!
