Music has little influence on peoples lives. Marilyn Manson is not to blame. It's all this other stuff that's happening like war. I agree. He isnt to blame. Its music. Music can be taken many ways. Thats why you go to websites about lyrical meanings, and you see so many interpretations of one song. So why is it that they are trying to make him look violent? Whos to say the kids didnt take his music like I do, more of an anti-violent movement.
And where were the parents at? Why didnt they sit the kids down and try to teach them violence is wrong? Why didnt they see there was something wrong and try to fix it?

For many kids who are picked on, Music, and the lyrics especially, becomes an anchor. For me it is one of the things that keeps me from hutring others. I can get it all out in song. Marilyn Manson, KoRn, Evanescence, and all the others, They probably delay it more than anything. The real cause is are parents, teachers, and pricipals who hear about abuse, and do nothing. People know long before theese things happen, they just don't read the signs, they don't listen.
