the earthquake is your workout. so when you workout, your muscle tissues tear and when they recover they grow bigger and stronger which will give you that firm, peachy arse.lol. so you dont want to workout again before your muscles have had any time to recover or else they'll never grow bigger and stronger. ;-)
Don't you have to really workout though just to even get your muscle tissues to tear and grow, This 5 minute bum toner just looks like something you would do every day.

@TheJackal48 with any anaerobic excersizes you should give 3-6 days recovery time depending on intensity. p.s this is a very good video.
