When excision is done there is a scar. When only liposuction is done the scar is minimal.

this is very easy just lift up some weights and with a diet You'll see results in few months this takes long time to get rid of fat arms but this worked for me

@california91306 True, you can exercise and this wil tone and firm BUT will not do anything for loose hanging skin, that problem is not solved by exercise, it must be removed.

There were two extreme cases, and those ladies did need the surgery. Looks like they lost a ton of weight, and their skin hung. I'm glad they had the surgery. As for the others, they wasted their money, because the change was little, and they looked fine the way they were. Vanity.

thats what i'm saying where the scars for an arm lift you are suppose to have a scar on the inner arm from the armpit to the elbow i have looked into this procedure and now saving for it! so where are the scars i mean the results look amazing but i'm a little confused??
