In disputing a traffic ticket I always ask for a trial by jury. It's always too expensive for them, and the judge is conflicted, because it is out of magistrate court, court of no record, dumb people's court and into a criminal proceeding for a civil matter(What the hell?). Even your court appointed defender if you have one hates the idea. I usually move for dismissal after showing up three times without trial. But you must get with the clerk of that court to record to document your presence.

transcripts in my case should show a deadbeat stating "my boss didn't like paying his support so he is doing everything he can to help me out". and a judge made out the order in favor of the guy with the bigger money - the deadbeat. I love how court proceedings are supposed to be public. You can come in and watch, for the most part, but do not think about trying to record things. The English Common Law were force upon its colonies, the Christian and other Religious laws were also placed upon countries.

The entire problem is due to the fact that people even show up at these sham courts. There is nothing constitutional about any of these courts. They are administrative courts, for administrative purposes dealing with GOVENMENT...not the people. Tax court, traffic court, small claims court, etc. etc. etc. There is no God, no constitution, and no justice for the people in these cocksucker courts. They are run by the president, for the president, pro greed.

Right on, there is no such thing as constitutional justice. Everyone wants to know why that is. Simply put, God is no longer allowed in the court room or government in general. Do you understand what that means? Thats right, the declaration and constitution is not allowed to be observed. Without God allowed into the courtroom, there cannot be individual liberty...they come from God and nature. Since that is true, the only observance are the laws of man, not God.

transcripts in my case should show a deadbeat stating "my boss didn't like paying his support so he is doing everything he can to help me out". and a judge made out the order in favor of the guy with the bigger money - the deadbeat. It's only logical since the child lives with me, shouldn't I be collecting the child support and not him - it's not rocket science here. Child support goes to the parent where the child actually lives - DAAA.

For 8 years I have court orders to pay a deadbeat child support for a child living in my home. Now on WELFARE due to the abuse, they are fully aware a deadbeat is collecting $100 a month from me for the child they financially support because she lives with me.
8 years this deadbeat has court orders to collect child support for children who never lived with him and there is an oil field company paying this deadbeats legal bills "Global Safety in Strathmore Alberta". Deadbeats don't pay taxs

I love how court proceedings are supposed to be public. You can come in and watch, for the most part, but do not think about trying to record things. Only the part of the public that can actually attend a court session get to see what goes on. Anyone with a day job (most of us) are shit out of luck.
