Most store-bought eggs are yellow, usually paler than this, because the chickens are confined to cages. Home-grown eggs are orange if the chickens are allowed to free range (roam around eating bugs and plants). SOOOO much tastier and more nutritious!
Tip: heat the pan first, then add the oil or butter; food will not stick no matter what kind of pan. He is using a well-seasoned pan so he doesn't have a problem.
My mother's stove like this is slower to boil water than my 40-yr-old coil model.
I've used a commercial one with a temp control and they are MUCH faster than a standard electric. The main downside is you do need cookware that will work so aluminum is no good and most commercial pots are all aluminum. A nice feature is you can set it to 180 degrees and it will hold at an even simmer, or maintain oil at 350.
The other thing about pots is thin pots will cook slower than thick ones. This is great if you want to pan fry chicken in a cast iron pan.
i try to cook in this...

@meex88hiphop Eggs are yellow not dark orange. I'm not sure what egg you eat.

In my opinion the demonstration is flaw. In conventional range, you have to use a more efficient pan to transfer heat, from stove to pan.
You are comparing optimum setup for induction vs non-optimum setup for conventional stove.
peace. :)
