@sparklerbombg.... well thats a tough one....a shot gun is deff loud and generally requires ear protection but i think the weather balloon takes the prize....without a decible meter i cant say for sure...the balloon was extremlly loud but a much deeper percussion than a shot gun ....more of a boom than a bang....hope this answers your question...thanks for watchin

You can make the gas 10 times more powerfull by pulsing the DC to the cell with a Pulse With Modulator (PWM). That's why the last balloon in my video is so much louder than the others. It makes ortho-hydrogen into para-hydrogen. You only have turn the amp down a little bit to get the benefits.
