However it also has all-around radar that is constantly monitoring the car for drowsiness sensor (it will detect crosswinds, road surface, time driving), and will stop itself before a crash with PRESAFE and PRESAFE Brake. They also have neat things like SPLITVIEW which allows two people two watch two different things on the same screen. But I do agree =)

To be honest, not much luxury difference between E coupe and CL, nearly the same, E class much more sporty, but the CL is bigger and has more room and the CL has the name "CL", people know your rich.
the people i know that buy a $100,000 car over a $50,000 car has nothing to do with luxury or sportyness but everything to do with high class and mostly saying "i have more money than you".
audi needs to make a competitor for this car, i mean BMW has the new 6-series and i know mercedes is going to re-do this car later so audi you better have a BIG coupe in the near future !

Heres the thing, BMW never says its the best in luxury, it openly admits how its interior is simple and elegant.
A lot of my family owns Mercedes and yes they are clearly more luxurious, but then when I drive my BMW or my dads BMW, you can immediately tell the difference in the driving them.
For a car enthusiast, the driving experience comes first.

I disagree with you that BMW is always a better driving car. Mercedes-Benz AMG line-up is spectacular and I think it offers a much better balance than BMW's M line-up. Please do try one of MBUSA's AMG driver events at a local race track. They're truly fun and give you a great experience with the cars.
I have driven the E55 AMG and S63 AMG, on the case of the E55 AMG, I believe the M5 is better, the steering, handling and more balanced between sport and luxury, the E55 had more of a split personality.. though I did love the torquey engine in the E55! The S63 was great, but there was nothing I can compare to in the BMW list since the BMW doesn't make a M of the 7 Series.

Coupe is a lot less (about half the price) and looks just as good, why would not get that? The only reason I can think of is that the cl is more luxury and e Is sporty
