He can be a really cheap fighter which makes him so frustrating. I think fighting him is just purely luck-based, unless you have cat-like reactions, because he likes to be random with his pattern, which then you have almost no idea what he's gonna do. Makes you wanna reach into the screen and punch out his light bulb yourself.

Yeah you could say that. Except for the fact that Bright Man is really cheap with his AI and Flash Man isn't. Also, Flash Man's weapon freezes time in one sitting. Bright Man's weapon allows you to freeze time more than once (because one action doesn't use up the entire weapon meter like Flash Man's weapon does).
