They're respectively, from biggest to smallest, called Miku, Chibi(small) Miku, and Puchi(petite) Miku. Just different MMD models people make and some catch on, others don't. I mean, note that there isn't many chibis of any other character and I haven't seen any puchi versions of any of the others.
