I really hate to tell everybody this, but this isn't a return promo for Chris Jericho, it is actually a return promo for Skip Sheffield, but before you start writing responses calling me an idiot, I am just saying that Sheffield returned at a RAW House Show recently, under his FCW Gimmick Ryback, Ryback is supposed to be from the future which really in my opinion fits this vignette, so as much as as I wish it was Jericho, I dont think it is, so dont be mad when Skip returns instead of Jericho

It's Jericho. If you watch the vignette that shows the numbers counting down from 10 to 1, you can see him briefly on the bottom right hand of the screen with his arms out.

Chris Jericho is scheduled to make his return to WWE at the January 2nd, 2012 RAW Supershow from Tennessee.
The latest word from within WWE is that Jericho will be a part of the Royal Rumble pay-per-view and likely the 30-man main event.
Currently penciled into WWE's plans is a feud between WWE Champion CM Punk vs. Jericho with a match at WrestleMania 28.

its most likely jericho, think about it, "the end of the world"? its a refference to when he first debued in wwe with the y2j gimmik, people thought y2k was the end of the world, now hes coming back with like a 2012 apocolypse theme or somthing.

Also i'd have loved the fact that it could be jericho but Fozzy just announced a new tour early 2012. Even if Jericho was comming back WWE won't make many promos about someone returning that is not going to be full time on WWE.

This could be the return for either Y2J or the Undertaker...I really feel this suits either one of them. Clearly it's a promo for a veteran/main-event superstar. But yeah something tells me we'll see Undertaker vs Jericho for WM28...damn I hope so.

several people within WWE indicate that the cryptic videos that have been airing are for Chris Jericho's return in January. At the same time, some believe that the videos are for The Undertaker and speculation is that they're meant for Jericho but if something falls through with his deal, they can be used for Taker's return.
