I totally agreed what ya'll saying! I noticed that. Also hearing have a lot of job opportunity than disabilities. That is why a lot deaf people getting SSDI. Also DARS, ADA, NAD, CSD, and others seems weaker and weaker. Their words are full of shit. They allows hearing people overcome deaf communities.
