wat is the skill u got after that last safe u couldent get 2 untill u beat clockwerk and are there any secrets to finish the speed run with the other skills and is there a secret cut scene u get after u beat all speed runs or is the srcret cutscene the japaniese ending

The skill you get for opening the last safe is the ability to destroy all enemies that are on screen. It helps during those Master Thief Sprints that I decided not to do in this playthrough. Once you beat the Master Thief Sprints, you unlock 2 secret movies: a commercial and a behind the scenes look at how they developed the game.

Yeah, about the last safe, I didn't show it. All you'd have to do is go back to the safe anyway and that scene occurs.

You do get one more move, and that's to kill all enemies on screen or something, but that's good for MTS (Master Theif Sprints) only.

Did you try GameStop? They sell a lot of new and used games for PS2, PS3, XBOX, XBOX 360, Gamecube, and Wii games. That's where I found my copy of this game, and that's where I'd recommend buying games.
