Hi! Have you considered intellectus diet (do a google search for intellectus424dietcom)? Ive heard some incredible things about it and my work buddy lost crazy amounts of weight with it.
What was that white stuff you added at the end. I saw it at the START of the video, when you were pointing out all the ingredients to be used BUT you did not point to the white stuff ... some will say it's obviously sour cream---and that's my guess. So please tell us what it is.

My favorite foods usually have tomato, mozzarella and olive oil. I also really like fresh basil.

About your favourite food, we like a lot the same taste.
For the recipe we try to share new flavours as "snowballs" who loves sweet and dessert or "Quiche Lorraine" at the inverse!
