  • We should've joined Japan and Germany... They were only fighting off communism after all. HEIL Hitler, the Japanese Empire, and God bless America

  • Don't hate Japan or Germany because of what they did in the war I'm from the philippines and Japan invaded our country during WW2 but I will not hate them now I'm a big fan of Japan

  • The US did the right thing in dropping the Bomb on Japan

Only mistake was we should've bombed Tokyo

They got just what they ordered, too bad we didn't have more atomic bombs back then. We could've taken out the whole island. . .

  • @OrangeCountyGrower Tokyo was already raised to the ground by firebombings.

  • @OrangeCountyGrower you do know we started the war right

  • @stan364 Wait, wait.... wait.

THE WAR IS OVER?! WHEN DID THAT HAPPEN D:

  • @stan364 Praying does nothing, since religion is just fairy tale stories from the old ages.

Now a days we dream about flight and super strenght, back then walking across water would be a amazing feat...

  • Did America declared war when they fought with Vietnam, Afghanistan, and Iraq?

  • Day of Infamy my ass! Pearl Harbor was NOT a surprise attack, a result of US intel failure NOR a brilliant Jap plan...FDR KNEW about it beforehand and actually PUSHED the Japs to attack - Robert Stinnett's book DAY OF DECEIT, THE TRUTH ABOUT FDR AND PEARL HARBOR. The American public was fooled again and made to pay so that US military industriliasts could get richer. 9/11 was the same thing. How stupid can you people be!

  • @AccordGTR get the fuck off paranoid kid, and for u americans never did landed on moon right?? and John F Kennedy was murdered by CIA??? get the fuck out theres endless of these ridicolous and meaningless theories

  • @Radector landed on the moon?? what country did you come from? Romania? haha

  • @AccordGTR havent u learn something from history class? 1969, there was theory that moon landing was fake and set up, and ur one of them who are paranoid

  • @AccordGTR I would call taking away vital Oil supply provoking enaught.

FDR was a a-hole, worse part is him being a crippled A-Hole who is full of shit. Lets hope we wont have another nutjob like that one.

  • @WorstCommenter2008 I agree. Well, when it comes to foreign policy, feeding the military-industrial complex, next to FDR, the biggest supporters were Johnson, Nixon and both Bushes - yup, all assholes

  • if they had used Atomic bombs and other "as strong" Weapons/bombs all Pearl harbor would been gone.

  • fuck no i know the war is fucking done but i still hate japan and greamey

  • @go97seoul And after wwii DUring the cold war japan introduced tons of technology to USA, which helped USA out ALOT! against the soviets.

  • @RichBoyBaoTran95

  • Japan and USA are close allies now

  • @RichBoyBaoTran95 what kind of bombs did they use on pearl harbor i know aout the torpidoes what was that outher bomb

  • @mjojo1000 Nuclear bombs! Atomic Bombs, Hydrogen Bombs.

  • we all wondering when World War III will start!

  • I am a Japanese. I am the one who white wash history and turn historical facts upside down. A "sneak attack" was an evil way to start a war, I agree. But that time was in years of imperialism, and racism. There were no such admirable manner in the way they conquered the American continent, or enslaving Africans. They thought it was the rule. And remember , from newspapers, it seems that American soldiers have been regulerly having "sneak attacks" on the local resident(wemen) in Japan.

  • GO JP!

  • I'm sorry you guys hate Japan so much, but I don't blame you. Pearl Harbor was completely unjustified, [though in a war, almost anything is justified just because it's a war :\] What Japan did during WWII was horrid. They [tried to] conquer other countries using autocracy and "unfair" tactics. As for the Atomic Bombing, that was a bit extreme and unnecessary, but honestly, they had it coming.

Just know that the Japanese people now aren't as horrible. And yeah, I'm Japanese. Go ahead. Hate me.

  • @deviantartfanatic I do not believe that Japanese in general are hated just like Germans in general are not hated. Those that are hated are those that try and white wash history, and try and turn historical facts up side down. These people with their comments that are so easily checked as lies do stirr a lot of hatered. And they do not understand, that by doing what they do that they are acceiving the exact opposite of what they have planned. So no I do not hate you because you are Japanese.

  • @Tiberiotertio ^^; I know not everyone hates Japan; I was just telling people who hate us that I won't really care if they hate me.

  • @deviantartfanatic

I don't know how you can say that.

Barely 3000 people died at Pearl Harbour (USA should have entered the war a bit fucking sooner then. THAT is fact. They didn't enter until after 1941!)

And yet 300,000 died at Japan.

BUT, before you say it, Imperial Japan did need stopping. the Emperor didn't know what the fuck was going on, the Imperial Army (and their elite navy) controlled everything.

  • That's not fair. Many of the Japanese hatred on these posts have never met a Japanese person. My wife is Japanese, and She is the best, most respectable person I know. In fact, I can't wait to go back to Japan, because America can't hold a candle to it. It's the best and safest place on earth to live.

  • @Muraku666 Why is it not fair? Is it fair for Japanese right wingers to go around on videos about Nanking saying it never happened, or that they should maybe come over and do it again? Do you call that fair?

There is a cause for everything.

  • @Muraku666

One reason why Japan is the best:

    Hatsune Miku.

America dosen't have shit compared to that.

  • great japan love u fail american pigs

  • thx japan

  • @Achalel No. You're defined as such cus your fucking annoying.

  • @Achalel Горе побежденным

  • @Achalel Go take a hike I am not talking with rightwing dirt.

  • Pearl Harbor Attack is anything compare to what happened to hiroshima, the attacks to pearl harbor was on military soil.Military man and women die but they new what they were up against, But the attacks on japan was dirty and a criminal act innocent people die and this fuckin country USA did it fuck u all veterans who were part of this.

  • @Achalel (2) What j-civilians? There weren't any. ALL people of japan were ordered to fight in any means possible against the Allies. It's a FACT that you have a VERY hard time dealing with. Oh, and love the word "slaughter". Boring. As if js were "innocent at the time. ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ.

The ONLY dehumanizing was when j-scum went around Asia and the Pacific shitting on people, civilians and Allied POWs alike.

  • @howiseethings You just need to look at that Achtel profil and you will find lots of notorious rightwingers that have spammed so many videos full with their trash. That profil alone tells the lie of that moron. Talking with these idiots is useless, one can only see to it that their crap is as fast as possible marked as spam so that one does not need to see it any more. Their so called "standing up for Japan" is accieving the exact opposite, a hatered for Japan as this scum pisses off so many.

  • @Tiberiotertio You are exactly right, but this is the reason why I absolutely love the typically stupid j-scum because they show their crud on the internet for the whole world to see so that way the world will have a far more realistic and correct view of japan which is that japan always has been, is now, and most likely will always be driven by alter reality ideology. That's why I love achalel and their ilk. They show the very true core of japanese ideology.

  • @Achalel (1)Speaking of ass...Oh never mind you as a j-hole, will struggle with the fact that you are one. Umm the j-govt MOST definitely ORDERED j-"civilians" to fight against the Allies. The proof is there.I have given you the opportunity to come forth with the proof SEVERAL timesYET as a typical j-hole as you are you CONTINUALLY hide from the responsibility. The sad fact is that I give you FAR too much credit to be a responsible human yet you continually dodge the responsibility. Typical j-hole

  • @Achalel You are backtracking. You, in a round about way, have already acknowledged that the common j person was ordered by the j-govt to fight against the Allies. There is no need to take back your comments now. It is honorable and perfectly acceptable to announce from a japanese stand point that the japanese government trained japanese civilians to fight against the Allies. It is OK to be a man and admit this fact. Aren't japanese honorable? Then you must admit it without shame.

  • @Achalel I don´t care how much you have to say I not reading your junk it is nothing but SPAM

  • @Achalel You have nothing to say. I have only contempt for rightwing scum like you. Talking with you is like pearls to the pigs.

  • @Achalel Are you uncapible of operating google? But still you manage to post here? How does that work? You are pathetic.

  • Japan did pack a hard punch on the salve traders at pearl harbor, that was all.

  • @Fulasm japan should be one to talk about others having slaves. the j-scum were pretty good at owning people too.

  • @Achalel (2) Hmm, as I suspected, you fail to continue to step in the right direction. The Chinese most certainly were very innocent civilians. The js on the other hand, as was clearly pointed out several times, were not innocent civilians as they were ordered by the japanese govt. to fight against the Allies. Even you, in your round about way, acknowledged as much. Now you are backtracking. That is poor form to say the least.

  • @Achalel Sure what ever you say, only people outside of Japan viewing your more than naive, stupid stereo type and in many cases very easily proven false comments, you are exactly that, a rightwing revisionist, on a pathetic mission to rewrite history. Looks like you have not got enough wind yet blowing against you.

But you are doing a good job creating sympathy for Japan with your comments!

  • @Achalel So that is your best attempt on your part to acknowledge that your japanese govt. ordered the japanese civilians to fight against the Allies.

Well, good for you. It's a step in the right direction.

  • @Achalel Blah blah blah pathetic looser no one believes liars, you assholes have never even brought one serious sorce for your stupid "fake Nanking" crap but complain that others don´t google for you HOW STUPID ARE YOU?? Dream on that so your crude Jap propaganda is going to be more believeable. The more I read you rightwingers manure the more I am getting a hate for Japan. Keep it up I am certain I am not the only one. Stupid retard.

  • @Achalel If you had even half a brain you would have noticed that certain statements where quoted from sources very easily found, but I guess you will say that is not so, and only anti Japanese find them. I know for sure during my military service if I had one of you bums in front of my gun I would have gladly pulled the trigger.

  • @Achalel Little boy go back to your fag hentai comics, you know shit all. Any four year old can easily find the damming material on Japans war crimes on the internet.

Rightwing scum like you should be treated the same way those innocent victims where treated by the Japanese, that your type so vehemently try to deny that it ever happened.

  • @Achalel That is crap the exact position of the ship was given the Japanese government, also the ship was clearly marked with very large flags on deck. Bombing from high level.....and how do you explain that the survivors said they where shot at in the life boats by low flying planes?? Do you know google? Just google USS Panay and you will very easily find the sources.....very easy to say I don´t know the sources so it MUST be wrong.....you are one joke!

  • @Achalel All soldiers don't want to take up arms but they do.

The problem with js like you is you play the victim. You have absolutely no business playing victim. You have never been the victim, are now not the victim, nor, most likely, will you ever be the victim.

The rest of your comment is not understandable. I have idea what you are driveling on about.

  • i think america nuked Japan and killed many people also fire bombing us many many more were killed. the americans do not mind kill Japanese for they are beasts.

american beasts also killed Japanese soldier in islands and phillipines new guinea also they killed many Okinawa prefecture Japanese civilians massacre. also american killed saipan guam tenian tarawa makin iwotou attsu guatalcanal they are slaughteres. japanese who was killed by american up to 3 millions. this is worst number of victims

  • @GUNBUSTER2010 Sorry j-hole but your pathetic attempt at victimhood mentality has no effect on me. I know you j-scum too well.

Again, if you stupid fucking j-holes had not started fighting none of this would have happened.

The sad and funny thing about j-scum like you is that you exaggerate your clear and overly biased propaganda.

Weak minds are easily controlled and so goes the nation of japan. Too many weak minds which results in most of japan being easily mind controlled.

  • @GUNBUSTER2010 Ah yes and why was Japan nuked? Just so for fun? Japan sowed wind & harvested a hurricane! What did Japan do in Nanking? To the USS Panay even though the Japanese government said it would not touch the ship? What did Japan do in the Philippines? Just google "Japanese war crimes" and you will see enough reasons for why Japan got what it got!

  • @GUNBUSTER2010 Well then you are just relaying on Japanese sources, ever had a look at the film footage from Norman Alley? Read the accounts from John Rabe Dr. Robert O. Wilson, John Magee, Lewis Smythe? If that was fabricated why was Matsui Iwane and Hisao Tani put on trial at the International Military Tribunal for the Far East, for "deliberately and recklessly" ignoring his legal duty "to take adequate steps to secure the observance and prevent breaches" of the Hague Convention

  • @GUNBUSTER2010 By the way Norman Alleys film material is here on youtube see here: watch?v=jcLgSWWB41U he was also on board the USS Panay which the Japanese government promised not to attack but then did attack and shoot survivors in the life boats. Things like that disqualify Japan during those times on a lot of things!

  • why people says that japanese hide our sins and point out other peoples sins? i guess it is reverse.

  • @GUNBUSTER2010 because you people rarely, if ever, self criticize yourselves.

  • well if you can read japanese wekipedia there are many rapes of american soldiers at Okinawa battele and occupation of Kanagawa prefecture.

  • @GUNBUSTER2010 You mean like the SEX SLAVE VICTIMS of the JAPANESE? Oh no, not that because the JAPANESE SEX SLAVE SYSTEM WAS SANCTIONED by the JAPANESE GOVT.

Yes, once again, you as a stupid typical j will always do your best to avoid the horrible wrongs you have committed on the rest of the world and shamelessly point your collective self-righteous fingers at others.

    You people absolutely disgust me.

  • @howiseethings i guess it is smaller number then japanese confortwomen. but some 1300 women and girls at kanagawa prefecture, were raped american occupation forces.

  • @GUNBUSTER2010 This is what you stupid fucking js can't and don't understand. The JAPANESE GOVT. SANCTIONED the raping of hundereds of thousands of young teenage girls. These young individuals lived in a hell of YOUR SCHEMING, and you have the audacity to compare that to a few rouge Allied soldiers doing something they shouldn't be doing who most likely received punishment while the j-soldiers got no punishment. You are a morally bankrupt people.

  • @howiseethings a few? what is rouge?

  • @howiseethings i think occupation force of america on Japan main land commited crimes such as rape rubbery or killing. also afte occupation of Japanese main land, Okinawa was occupied and the americans continue rape rubbery and killing. even today american base soldieres on Japanese soil they are commiting crimes such as rape rubbery and killing. also american soldiers and marines killed many iraq people and turtured them rubbed them raped them. this is the crime against humanity. bad in histry.

  • @GUNBUSTER2010 You still are a boring little j-hole. Your whole pathetic argument is based on "I think". The whole world knows you j-scum are a very prejudiced people so you don't have to show it so often. We know you are biased.

Besides, j-hole, we wouldn't be talking about this crap had it not been for your forefathers attacking Pearl Harbor. Just think prior to your attack on Pearl Harbor the U.S. and japan were so called friends. Too bad you had to start fighting with your friend.

  • @Achalel The book I have directed you to makes it explicitly clear that it was a Japanese policy to force the suicide of the population of Japan in the event of invasion, even to the point of the Japanese Army murdering civilians who would not go along with the policy upon the population of Okinawa.

What sort of sad mind do you have that causes you to deny this when the source I have referred you to is so explicit?

You really are one sick little puppy.

  • @Achalel Then as I CLEARLY EXPLAINED some posts ago, why then did the j man know say to me on several occasions that he as a 5 year old boy was ordered by his father to take up the family sword to get out in the streets and fight the Allied soldiers if need be. OH! That's RIGHT! It's "just a slogan". The j-scum govt. didn't really mean for their own civilian/soldier population to actually fight like the did in Okinawa. How silly of the rest of the world to know these facts.

  • @Achalel Yes, all of those American civilians died because of friendly fire. (eyes rolling)

Gosh, and the japanese just had to have that many months long planned attack on the sleeping U.S. Naval men and women.

poor little victim japan had no choice.

OH! and that's right! poor little victim japan attacked the Brits in Southeast Asia approximately the same time they attacked Pearl Harbor. Oh, boo hoo the poor little schizophrenic japanese. boo hoo.

  • @Achalel Yes, that's right achalel. The big bad Allied hairy stinky barbarian western friends intentionally targeted the poor little innocent peaceful green tea sipping japanese just for the hell of it.

  • @Achalel You are so boring it's not even funny. I see you are still in denial about the law which the the j-govt of the time put into effect to have j-civilians fight against the Allied soldiers. Can't bear to face the truth, eh? Not surprised.

  • @Achalel i think the chinese civilians were guelliras and spys. Japan did not kill chihnese civilians.

  • @Achalel hi, i did not know the fact. thank you very much for the information. i am sorry fot the civilian casualities.

  • did the bombs have names?

  • i recommend people to see the film Tora Tora Tora! it is so cool too.

  • wow, pearl horbor bombing is so cool!

  • @Achalel Here is your link to the article I referred to above:

    books.google.com.au/books?id=evVPoSwqrG4C&pg=PA352&lpg=PA352&dq=ichioku+gyokusai+chickering&source=bl&ots=Z6li_esB4s&sig=VsDREQv9XBpadv3qzmS8bDEFLE8&hl=en&ei=87DXTM2QF4SxcZ-B4a4L&sa=X&oi=book_result&ct=result&resnum=1&ved=0CBUQ6AEwAA#v=onepage&q&f=false

You'll need to cut and paste

Its's pretty clear that ichioku gyokusai was more than just a slogan or declaration.

  • @Achalel It's nice to see you say you are, for once, prepared to provide a source for something you have asserted. Since I have been the one providing all the sources up to now please provide your source that ichioku gyokusai was a slogan and not a policy.

But also see A World at Total War: Global Conflict and the Politics of Destruction, 1937-1947 by Roger Chickering at page 352.

Also wherever you were educated they did a poor job of it. Probably because you were a poor student.

  • @Achalel The thing that staggers me about this is the utter deficiency of the Japanese "education" system that deludes you so that you think you can participate in debate with educated people without being trained in the minimum standards of educated debate, such as providing evidence for your assertions when you make them.

You are obviously very proud of whatever your exposure to Western education was but you have learnt nothing from it.

You are, I am sorry to say, pig-ignorant.

  • @Achalel

"I for one have been able to provide evidence for every single statement I've made so far :-)"

That is the silliest statement you have ever made and just about all of your statements are silly. All of your comments have been either bald faced assertions without evidence or demands that others produce evidence for what they say.

You have never, not even once, that I have ever seen, provided any evidence for what you assert, even when you have been repeatedly asked for it .

    1/2

  • @Achalel Ichioko Gyokusai was the policy of the Japanese government under Tojo in 1944 and it was its policy in July 1945. It is still a source of massive resentment of the Okinawans that the IJA forced members of their families to commit suicide under that policy during the American invasion.

After the war Hirohito never visited Okinawa because he and the Japanese government knew the reception he would receive because of that despicable policy for which they held him responsible.

    1/2

  • @Achalel In July 1945 the Japanese government distributed copies of Tojo’s senjinkun (Instructions for the Battlefield) from which gyokusai was derived to Japanese civilians in anticipation of the invasion of the mainland.

Tojo was kicked out as PM because of his perceived failure as a war leader not as a repudiation of Ichioko Gyokuasi. If the Japanese wanted to signal their repudiation of it they would have agreed to the terms of the Cairo Declaration and surrendered.

  • @Achalel Always happy to help you learn a little more about Japanese history because you don't know much about it at all.

Go and look up Prime Minister Tojo's emergency declaration of February 1944 calling for "ichioku gyokusai" ( 一億玉砕) - in effect 100 Miliion suicides (including those of the Koreans and Formosans apparently, as there were only 70 million Japanese) in order to resist the coming Allied attack.

Rather spells out the policy of the Japanese government at the time, doesn't it?

  • @Achalel Oh my goodness. That's your answer? "Truth fears no investigation." You get lamer and lamer as you go on with your denial. If you don't fear the truth then do your homework and show the audience what you've found. It takes little effort. C'mon big j-man. I want YOU to show that you can be noble, sincere, honest and have integrity. As the world knows, you js are not a self-critical people. Here is your chance to change that image.

It takes little effort to search. Get started.

  • @Achalel Sure you're not angry.

As I suspected, you, as a typical j are all bluster. You have no nobility, honor and guts to show your wrongs.

The burden, j-hole, falls on the denier. That would be you and the many like you.

You have failed to come forth with the law that shows that the j-govt dictated that j-civilians fight against the Allies. You are pathetic and weak. You have no honor and dignity. You know about it yet you won't show it to this forum.

  • @Achalel Oh my my, look who's getting angry now.-No.You were not "sarcastic" when you mentioned about the law about the j-govt. subjugating j-civilians to fight against the Allies.Otherwise you'd not brought it up.I will give you one more chance to be forth coming to show the public the law of which you talk about.Shall you not provide the fact that the law does not exist you will have lost face yet again thus proving that js are neither noble nor honorable.I doubt you have the guts to show it.

  • @Achalel -You are funny and sad. Oh really? People don't try to defend the actions of UNIT 731, SEX SLAVES, NANKING and all the other atrocities committed by the japanese? Hmmmm, that's interesting. What was I reading then on those youtube videos? You are so full of shit it's funny sad, but then again you are a j who blindly defends past atrocities.

-Oh? j-civilians never fought against the Allies?Hmm,that's interesting. How do you explain Okinawa?Oh, that's right, they were Ryukuans, not js.

  • @Achalel You have no idea how ridiculous you look clamoring for the moral high ground. You look very funny and silly trying desperately trying to vie for some sort of twisted moral standing.

Clearly you know there was a law about subjugating japanese civilians to fight against the Allies.

You know very well there was a law thrown down from the j-govt to the people of japan to fight against the Allies.

You look very silly trying desperately to deny that fact.

  • @Achalel You did EXACTLY what I knew you would do. "I'd be condemning UNIT 731 etc. if this video was about them, but it is not. " ACTUALLY j-hole THIS VIDEO is about PEARL HARBOR and isn't it sad and funny how you whine about something else. So what's stopping you from going to the videos of UNIT 731 and SEX SLAVES & etc. to espouse your "humanistic values"?

Ah, so you know that j-civilians were committed to fight but as typical j-hole you want to nit-pick and little finite details.

  • @howiseethings I first made a comment on this video referring to Pearl Harbor, you quickly shot back with typical j-victimhood mentality of hiroshima. You have the audacity to think that you can tell me, "It is a basic act of politeness to at least try to stay on topic." Yeah, good advice j-hole, why don't you follow what you say, OH that's right you're a j-male j-hole who wish to think you can do what you want when you want and how you want. You js contradict yourselves and look stupid.

  • @Achalel (3) And to think, we wouldn't even be talking about this had your forefathers not attacked Pearl Harbor and the Brits in Southeast Asia.

  • @Achalel (2) Let's see your "humanistic values" on youtube regarding UNIT 731, THE SEX SLAVE ISSUE, NANKING and all the other disgusting things your ethnic forefathers did to true innocent people. Show the world how you truly care about all innocent people from all over the world. Let's hear your comments about the massacres in Africa and elsewhere for surely you care about these issues as well and not just this topic.

Playing the race card has no effect on me.

  • @Achalel (1)The only thing being flung around here is your moralistic BS. Funny how you sit on your self anointed pedestal condemning an action in which you deem amoral. I doubt we'll see you condemning UNIT 731, THE SEX SLAVE ISSUE, NANKING and all of the other miserable atrocities killed by your ethnic forefathers. The j-leadership of the time committed ALL js to fight against the Allies whether it is a law or not & you know damn well when a j is ordered to do something they do it.

  • @Achalel Boring. You're still desperately trying to clamber up on the moralistic pedestal when you have to reason to be there other than what your twisted j-brainwashed mind caged you into believing.

You can get angry with your leaders for training civilians to fight in the first place. Surely you aren't daft enough to believe that the Allies would not shoot when threatened with any kind of weapon? Just take a look at what happened in Okinawa. Surely you don't justify JIA killing Asian civs.

  • @Achalel (2) An acquaintance of mine (older j-male) from time to time tells me of when he was a little boy of 5 yrs old in Tokyo. His father and grandfather told him he had to take up one of the family swords and fight against the Allies in the streets if it came to that. What cannot you understand about this stark factual history. You're just pissed off you lost a war to 'barbarians' with superior technology. You have no moral high-ground to stand on.

  • @Achalel You, as a japanese, have absolutely no moral high ground to stand on yet you j-hole males think you have every right to lecture others which is so bizarre considering what you people did to MILLIONS of REAL innocent civilians around Asia and the Pacific. YOUR leadership committed ALL japanese people to fight against the Allies. It's that simple. Your obvious problem is not accepting the FACT that there were no civilians in japan at the time. Those people were ORDERED to fight.

  • @Achalel Typical j-hole.Making up rules as a you go along in life just as long as they suit you.I've seen typical j-males fight in the izakayas,in the streets, etc.one guy hits another guy and they other guy hits back.Pretty much human nature.Get off your self-appointed moralistic stool.Frankly, again,I was watching Discovery Channel or the History Channel or National Geographic, I don't remember but I saw it and remember it.Get off your victimhood mentality.UR leaders committed ALL js to fight.

  • @Achalel Get over your victimhood mentality.

  • @Achalel Not that I feel I owe you anything as far as a source goes simply because you called me a liar. You sit in your victimhood mentality corner with your eyes shut tight and with your fingers in your ears shouting la la la la la la la la la la la because your prejudice prevents you from accepting things other than japanese spin. My source is a documentary I saw and remember j-nurses trying to protect Amer. airmen. I civilian mob demanded to have them. Thus, they met their doom.

  • @Achalel You are grasping at straws. The people of japan would have fought. It's in your bones. You people are an aggressive type. There is no mistake about that. When Allied, mainly American, military men were shot down or captured on japan it is documented that CIVILIANS ganged up on them and killed them.

You are the victims of your own leaders.

  • @Achalel Your leaders got you into this mess by aggressing on others. They could have stopped the war but they didn't. They didn't give a shit about the japanese people at all. Their typical j-hole male arrogant 'pride' was at stake. The ultimate responsibility lies at the feet of your leaders. japanese are the victims of their leaders only and not anybody else.

You mention that you didn't grow up in japan. It is suffice to say that you just didn't grow up.

  • @Achalel You shouldn't have punched if you can't take the punches. If you want to take on the big boys you'd better be ready to go the distance. Clearly, you didn't prepare for that eventuality.

Your fault, nobody else's. Take the responsibility. Oops, sorry my bad, you have typical j mentality. You've been taught your whole life that not matter what it's always somebody else's fault and that you poor js were 'pushed' into doing it.

You bore me with your victimhood mentality.

  • fake & gay

  • I think the US nuclear use on Japan was as much about Russia and the future as a device to end the war in the Pacific (Germany was already defeated). It sent a clear message that they had the technology and the will to exterminate anyone who attacked them again in future and set them up as the most powerful country in the world - which has been maintained for the last 65 years (and by and large maintained the peace).

  • @Achalel The Hague says nothing about nuclear war because nuclear weapons did not even exist in people's minds when the US and Japan signed.

Please stop making up international law, its not your place.

Also, Japan wanted more than the survival of the Imperial family (which they got, btw). The 3 military members of the cabinet wanted to keep their possessions in Korea and the Chinese islands. They didn't even send out diplomatic feelers except secretly through Russia.

  • Bombing pearl harbor was their biggest mistake

  • @Achalel No, it was not war crimes, It was a legitimate move in a total war. A total war, not the limited kinds of wars weve had since world war 2, the ethics were completely different. The atom bombs were considered as just another weapon to be used, just a bigger hammer. And yes, USA wanted the surrender to be unconditional. Really. if a surrender was conditional how long would it really have been until some nut gains power by says "We Could/Should have won!" or the populous felt betrayed?

de devil, is the POWER , Weak upppp

  • You all keep forgeting who started the war in the pacific and the Attack on pearl harbour.

  • @MrAquafan Yup, that gay embargo on Japan

  • @AzyrenIshida That "gay embargo" was put in treaties years before japan decided to aggress against the other signed parties. japan's fault pure and simple.

  • @Achalel No, I was just playing along with some other user who said that it was for revenge. The reason that they dropped the A-bomb was because they didn't want to invade Japan, and they wanted Japan to surrender.

  • I remember USS Ward(DD-139,Wickes class destroyers) attacked Japanese submarine near Pearl Harbor a few hours before Japanese attack. It was called 1st attack in WW2. And I remember Hull note (Outline of proposed Basis for Agreement Between The United States and Japan) caused WW2.

  • Pearl Harbor, the battle that doomed the Japanese Empire and led America into World War II.

  • I SAY TREAT THEM JAPS LIKE HOW DEM GERMANS TREATED DEM JEWS. TO DA HAWAIIAN FURNACE WiTH YOOOH, unless they cool

  • the america had a isolation policy but the bomb on pearl harbour left them no choice but to turn a 360 turn and attack bac

  • @hiphoopify - I think you mean 180 genius.

  • Fuck USA !!!!!!!!!!

  • :D

Keep em coming, troll. I'll fetch popcorn :D :D :D

  • revenge may be sweet, but dousing fire with oil just makes it stronger. eye for an eye makes us all blind anyways.

  • @mango7272 Some would respond: "The only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing." There are no words enough to describe the evil that Imperial Japan brought to Asia. Unit 731, Nanking, Bataan Deathmarch etc. etc. etc. But as for making the fire stronger: Look at Japan? Is it a war mongering nation anymore? Nuclear weapons have kept the peace far more effectively then any amount of conventional armies

  • @HoOkEdOnBlEaCh True. But the cold war began because of Nuclear Weapons though, opening a new chapter of Warfare.

  • Why are you searching my name? Congrats on proving that you not only have no life, but are a creepy stalker.

  • I don't need to, you are doing a good enough job of proving yourself to be an idiot on your own. Especially your last statement, congrats on embarrassing yourself. You have no more credibility now, you're just an immature little girl. Have a nice day.

  • Sounds like you are doing some displacing. I guess you get called "little asswipe" often. It suits your intelligence, that's for sure.

  • and i love ur mom

  • You're the idiot if you don't think it was partially for revenge. Revenge is a natural instinct of humans, so clearly for some people, the bombing was seen as taking revenge.

  • The reason why the dropped A bomb's over Japan was because they weren't surrendering, and the US didn't want to invade Japan and face huge casualties. At the very beginning of the Doolittle raid, the were bombing Japan mainly for revenge, not for a military advantage. But after that, they started bombing industrial cities to reduce the Japanese war effort.

  • @Coins4Cheese *sighs* You aren't telling me

anything I don't know already. Yes I'm well aware

of the official rationale behind the atomic bombings

but the fact of the matter is, there were numerous

reasons that went into dropping the A-bombs.

The ones you mentioned, then there was:

to test the power of the bomb, to demonstrate

America's power to the soviets, to justify the

enormous expense that went into the manhattan

project, and finally revenge for pearl harbor.

  • Ah, yes you're right. I was thinking that the doolittle raids were for an industrial advantage, and revenge. I thought when they dropped the A bomb on Japan, it was mainly because they wanted the war to all end, everyone was tired; but yes, it was also for revenge.

  • japanese might be thought americans were scared of them but when the revenge come..I love that bomb!

  • No. Roosevelt had a delusion that japan would rubdue the world. and more,we were presented hull note with a difficult choice - death or war. manchur was our lifeline, but america imposed us on their order to abondon their. america imposed us on death! we were poor in natural resorce.=(

  • i'll tell u the truth.

japan declared war against america before the attack, but the japanese ambassadors who were in america delayed to tell because they got drunk.X(

    how fool.

  • @gemzation710 it was all planned the jap. embass. were giving a "peace" conference so they can hit pearl harbor by surprise which is why we got revenged and did the same but hundred times deadlier to them

  • I like anime and manga still, it's their emperor at fault, don't blame the people.
