Yes, VA songs are still memorable but that doesn't put down ARR in any way. What about Hosanna or Nenjukkul. 90% would prefer the former. Now that doesn't put HJ down either. Every MD would have certainly composed atleast one song that has timeless appeal. be it harris, YSR,Vidyasagar,Deva,IR or ARR or whoever. It's just that there are lots of ARR songs having timeless appeal, which is y he s hailed as the Mozart of India. :)
